La Costa Construction Inc. is family owned and operated by Dave and Ruth Ann Gray. As a second generation Master Builder, Mr. Gray has been personally designing and building luxury homes in Northeast Scottsdale, Fountain Hills, and Tonto Verde, Arizona since 1973.
